Allright, I must confess that this little darling is smarter than I am.  I had to look up the correct spelling of 'pirouette'.  She was very proud of her 'pirouette's"  LOL!  I love my job!

Snow Senior Senior Portrait Photography Boise

Laying on the ground rolling around in the snow might not be everyone's idea of a fun day but it sure makes for some great portraits!  These were created in LaGrande Oregon, thanks to Carolina of Amazing Changes hair salon for a super job on the makeup and hair.  And, for taking my soaked through jeans and dryng them out on a hair dryer so I would have a dry seat on the way home.  LOL  That was not a pretty sight!

In home portraits Boise Idaho

I really think thhis first image needs to be named "In lawa or out laws?"  LOL  All the in laws are 'commenting' to each other while the biological siblings look like angels.  The real angels are their kids, at home on the master bed.

Your own home often makes the most wonderful place for a family portrait.  The comfort of your own environment translates beautifully in your portraits.

This little princess came to see me this week, she loved talking to me in her very own language.  It was

wonderful!  Here are two I loved, but Mommy did not pick, they both have some special effects, I love the antique look.

Massage Therapy Boise Idaho
Welcome to Cindy's Blog By csherman on 1/14/2010 11:26 PM

Today I went to see Cathy Woods at The Center for Massage and Bodywork.  We needed to visit about an upcoming business womens business portrait event at the studio.  Cathy wanted me to know first hand the kind of treatment she was going to give to my clients.  After our initial visit, I found myself of her massage table on the receiving end of a full body workout.  I would hardly call Cathy a massage therapist, she is more like a muscle technician!  By the time she was done my lower back and legs were stretched out farther than before, my legs were even and my sciatica was pain free for the first time in a couple months!

Cathy shared with me her extensive knowledge of anatomy, and I am very excited about the opportunity to share her skills with my Business Portrait women's group.  Give her a call, tell her I sent you, she has some specials going on.  371-1037

Yardley Family

The Yardley's were in the week of Thanksgiving.  We ran into some challenges as my equipment reminded Niko of a hospital and he was really scared.  Poor guy.

Special effects
Welcome to Cindy's Blog By csherman on 11/18/2009 4:43 PM

Kelsey wanted to see a few images with some special effects....I think I got carried away!

These are hand colored black and white, one is a sepia with a tint of color, and one has an effect added that boots the contrast just a smidge and adds detail.

Welcome to Cindy's Blog By csherman on 11/18/2009 11:34 AM

Due to the graciousness of a Senior, we were able to move some appointments around and sneek the

Arlint family in between naps!  Scheduling appointments round these little ones is a huge blessing for me!!
